Come on down to the Captiva Club for a fun evening of bingo. No reservation or tickets are needed; simply pay at the door; $5 per person. We play 10-11 games - different types of Bingo. Vitalia 8 Ball Club was formed so that all Vitalia residents could enjoy and compete in the pool game of 8 Ball. The club is made up of two divisions: Men's & Co-Ed. Two men's leagues play Wednesday & Thursday and one Co-Ed league plays Tuesday afternoon. We would like to start a women's league and can do that with a minimum of 10 residents (18 max). We would need one of the members of a new league to be in charge of running the league. Cornhole (also called "bean toss" or "bags") is a fun game for players of all ages and abilities. The game consists of throwing bean bags at slanted boards with a hole in it. Points are scored by landing bags on the board or through the hole. We play the third Sunday of every month at 7 p.m. in the ballroom, and will teach you how to play if you never played before. There is no charge, and no need to bring your own equipment. Before leaving the ballroom for the evening, we simply return the boards to storage and check that the ballroom is rearranged properly. You are welcome to bring beverages and snacks for yourself or for sharing, and to take turns connecting your phone to the sound system for background music. Come join the fun!
A safe yet effective, non-impact exercise class designed to strengthen the CORE muscles of the body while increasing flexibility and range of motion. Improve strength, posture, balance and coordination. A strong foundation is a key component to prevent injury, reduce back pain & enhance your activities of daily living. Modifications will be given to ensure safety & to cater to all levels.

30 minutes of abdominal exercise combined with 20 minutes of a different target area each week (i.e.: arms, legs, back). Abdominal strength is essential for balance, posture, coordination, and directly supports lower back strength. Participants must be able to get up and own from the floor for this class.
The club's focus is on the study of families and the tracing of lineages and history utilizing historical records, oral information, genetic analysis, computer based tools and software. We assist each other and those new to Genealogy on how to begin their search. Come join us in carving out a place for one's family in the larger historical picture.
